Vision and Values
Our vision:
Our vision in creating these rooms is to provide a safe and therapeutic community where survivors of abuse and other trauma can explore past and present issues, learn from each other, make new friends, and grow.
Our goal is to provide a supportive place where members and admins will feel welcome and not feel isolated.
Our values:
We want all members to respect and support each other. If someone has an issue in the rooms or with other members and brings it to our attention we will look into it promptly. We will do our best to reply to all emails in a timely manner but please be patient if your email is not answered immediately.
When possible and appropriate we will give warnings before banning any member and state the reasons for our decision based on facts and not hearsay alone. If, however, someone enters the room and blatantly is disrespectful or vulgar, they will be banned immediately.
We as admins will be trustworthy and responsible to ourselves and to the members here.
We aim as admins to be approachable and understanding.
We ask that you support us as admins.
Finally, our vision is that we will form a community of members who will give and receive understanding and support and realize that we are never completely alone.
