The first time you enter the forums, you will need to register for a name. You must enter a valid email address. All of our forums are restricted to registered members.

New members need to write a quick post in the Welcome folder to say hi. Anybody who doesn't write any posts in a week or so will be deleted.

Self-care is the most important rule on our site. If you aren't feeling up to reading a post, don't. Make sure you take care of yourself and keep yourself safe.

Respect is absolutely vital. It's ok for us to disagree, as long as it is done in a tactful manner. This is not a place of judgement. We are all equals - survivors trying to make our lives the best they can be.

Please use the same name here on the message boards as you do in chat.

Please remember above all, the admins and moderators here are not professional counsellors. If you are in crisis, contact a professional, a hotline, someone that is trained. Before you start reading posts, make sure you have a plan for handling triggers.
